AGENT ORANGE

Veterans with Agent Orange Exposure. Many of our fighting men and women were exposed to a carcinogenic defoliant used in Vietnam  known as "Agent Orange".  The VA now presumes exposure to Agent Orange if you served in country or in the Brown Water Navy patrolling the Rivers.  A claimant need not prove exposure in these circumstances.  Certain Navy Ships are now able to show exposure to agent orange.

Troops stationed in Korea and Thailand may have been exposed as well.
